During a fishing tournament in Cleveland, Ohio, two anglers were accused of caught cheating fishing tournament. Authorities say they stuffed five fish with lead balls and filets to increase their weight. They were caught and indicted on felony charges of attempting grand theft and possession of criminal tools. They could face up to 12 months in prison.
